Feedback Update Hotfix

Hotfix

There were a few bugs in the feedback update. These should resolve them.

• Health bars not showing up player has clicked restart at the end of level

• Scaling issues with weapon icons

• Fixed issues with the cursor sometimes not showing up

Also added a different health bar to use while using the map. This way the enemy is still visible.
